We are thrilled to inform you that the proposed changes to Title 12, Trees and the Urban Forest, are accessible for public review in tracked changes format below. A clean copy is also linked below. 

This vital section of the Pacific Grove Municipal Code, governing our cherished trees and the Urban Forest, is undergoing modifications to refine the findings for tree removal, enhance the replanting process, and streamline the appeal process.

The item is tentatively scheduled for review before the BNRC at a special meeting on January 30th.
